Rate is per room, per night, subject to availability and blackout dates apply. Full prepayment of the entire stay is required 48 hours prior to arrival. A 48-hour cancellation policy applies. Room service breakfast is available and will be delivered to your room at the requested time.
Our Pooch is only available in The Resort View Queen Studio or Resort View King Studio rooms which are located in a 2-storey building away from the main guesthouse. The top floor rooms are accessible via stairs only.
The following terms and conditions apply for all Pooch Packages:
- We love all kinds of dogs but we do ask that pooches travelling to Lilianfels Resort & Spa weigh only up to 25kg.
- Maximum of 1 dog per room per booking
- Upon arrival, we’ll provide owners with a waiver form to sign.
- An additional room cleaning service fee is included in the package rate as all rooms are steamed cleaned after departure.
- To ensure both you and your pooch have the most comfortable stay we have specific allocated pet-friendly rooms away from the main guesthouse which open out onto a fenced grassed garden area.
- Your pooch is allowed inside if they resist the temptation to cuddle up on any furniture.
- We hope they will enjoy their stay as much as their parents and ask that your pooch use their ‘inside voice’ during their getaway…..and the outside toilet.
- When exploring the property with your pooch, please keep them on a leash at all times and pick up all doggy doo-doo before departure.
- Although we know you’d like your pooch by your side at all times, your pooch is not permitted in any of our restaurants, the Lounge, Day Spa or indoor pool areas. Your pooch is permitted to walk through our lobby and around the outdoor pool area on a leash and supervised at all times.
